Severe Thunderstorm Watch Until 5 AM:
You can track radar here before you leave your house:
Sunday night into Monday Morning:
Sunday night a cold front moves through. This front will bring a line rain and thunderstorms. Our northern cities have a chance of hail and strong winds. The storms will weaken the closer they get to the coast.
Here’s a look at Futuretrack:
We’ll for a few isolated chances for thunderstorms from 5-7 pm north of I-10, as the front makes it way to the College Station area by midnight, moving into Houston around 3 am and pushes off the coast around 5 this morning.
Monday Morning:
Drying out with decreasing humidity through Tuesday.
10 Day Forecast:
Once our front passes, our morning lows go from the 70s to the 60s for a few days but our highs will stay in the 80s.
Looking ahead into next week, expect a drier weather pattern but the mugginess will stick around with temperatures forecast to range between 84 to 88 degrees. Next chance of rain is Sunday May 17th.
