Today’s Forecast:
We’re off to another warm day, not record breaking, but still above average as we hit the 80s by 1 this afternoon.
If you suffer from allergies: Tree Pollen is still very high.
Today our wind gusts pick up to 15 -18 mph which means it could be a tough allergy day for you later this evening. When our winds pick up, it makes oak pollen even worse, think of it like baby powder. It’s thin and moves back in forth in the wind. These particles float around, land on the surface, like your car and end up in your eyes, hair and clothes.
And when it rains, the rain hits the ground and ashes it off the ground and surface which reduces pollen and we get a temporary. But the problem with this forecast is it’s dry - so rain won’t give us break, until maybe Tuesday.
We’ll watch and track an incoming trough. This will allow for rain chances to increase by the first week of April.
Your Extended Forecast:
Saturday, a cool front arrives, and temperatures drop closer to average, with rain chances to follow.
