Light showers and drizzle are moving through SE Texas. The rain won’t add up to much, and for some locations, using an umbrella will be unnecessary.
What to Expect This Week :
Temperatures stay near average in the upper 50s to low 60s, except on Wednesday and Friday, when winds turn more southerly ahead of cold fronts.
The first front arriving on Wednesday will not bring a risk of rain. The front will help knock temperatures back down to the 50s Thursday.
The next front arrives late Friday into Saturday and this doesn’t bring rain with it either but it keeps Houston cool.
After our second front our morning lows will dip into the upper 30s and 40s. You’ll want to make sure you’re prepared for slightly colder mornings next week.
Your Extended Forecast:
Headed back to sunshine after Tuesday’s dreary day. Temperatures begin to trend warmer late next week with consecutive days near 70.
