Texans tailgate forecast looks terrific after cold, cloudy week in Houston!

It’s a winning forecast

Annie says the sun will come out tomorrow!

HOUSTON – Houston has been dealing with dreadful weather this week it’s been cold, cloudy, and wet. We’ve needed a new weather pattern as bad as the Texans needed a new O-line.

In the best possible news, the Texans have a new O-line configuration and we’ve got sunshine returning Saturday for the game. Double win; the promise of beautiful weather should help hype up Texans tailgaters as much as the promise of our new wide receiver Diontae Johnson.

If you are headed out to NRG early, I’d definitely wear a good jacket. We’ll start the day with temperatures around freezing.

SUGGESTED: Gearing up for the Houston Texans playoff game with new food and merch items

By midday, temperatures will climb to the upper 40s, so stand by the grill and you should be just fine. Afternoon highs will reach the lower 50s. Winds will be light at 5mph, so you can’t blame any cornhole misses on the wind.

Tailgate Forecast

The roof of NRG will definitely be closed, so for those headed into the stadium expect it to be very comfortable.

If you’re watching from the parking lot or any outdoor bars at kickoff temperature will be 52 degrees with sunny skies. It should feel magnificent. Sunset is at 5:41 p.m. We’ll cool pretty efficiently by the 4th quarterback into the 40s.

Game Forecast

It should be a great game and we’d love to see your Texans flair! If you’ve got the best gameday snacks, or the best gameday outfit send your photos to Click2Pins! You may see your photos featured online or on air. Go Texans!
