A tragic incident unfolded Monday in the Cloverleaf area after a young child was found unresponsive in a neighbor’s swimming pool, according to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.

Officials said that someone at the residence performed CPR until EMS arrived. The boy was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
