HOUSTON – Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo announced the Greater Houston 2021 Winter Storm Relief Fund on Monday during a news conference at 1 p.m.Turner said Hidalgo could not be at the news conference, but the relief fund is a joint effort between the city and the county.
