A man was fatally shot at an apartment complex on Uvalde Road in Harris County, leading to chaos as gunfire erupted from a nearby unit, hitting another building.

Three people were hurt after a major crash involving four vehicles on I-10 eastbound near Uvalde Street, Harris County Sheriff’s Office said.
