Investigators believe there was a gunfight in the apartment parking lot that carried into the street when one of the stray bullets went through an apartment, hitting a little boy eating a Happy Meal from McDonalds.

Sheriff Ed Gonzalez says a brawl involving about 20-30 people led to a shooting in east Harris County, where a 10-year-old was hit.
