However, on Monday, Silas said that while Harden was not allowed to practice with the team, he was expecting him for an individual workout sometime in the evening. HOUSTON – Drivers in the Midtown neighborhood are seeing a lot more green as a new bike lane is about to open in the area, and it’s the first of many coming to Space City in the new year. “We know a lot of people are already biking in Houston, and a lot more want to bike in Houston, but they don’t have a safe way to do it,” said Ian Hlavacek, an engineer with Houston Public Works. “Always make sure that you’re yielding to pedestrians and bicyclists who are coming into conflict with cars,” Eccles said. Go around, if you can, and don’t go into the bike lane.”Crews are expected to later install traffic lights that will help control the cycling traffic. The Gray Street bike lane is expected to be completed in March.

The Mercury-Redstone Launch Vehicle is seen in Rocket Park at Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center on April 3, 2016 in Houston, Texas. The space center was constructed in September 1963 and beat out 12 other cities. When looking for the location for the new space center, Congress agreed that certain criteria must be met. Houston was viewed as an ideal site due to the closeness of Rice University and the University of Houston. The space center has now led many leading expeditions, ranging from the Apollo program to the space shuttle program.
