Located off of the US-59 freeway feeder near Houston Baptist University’s campus at 7539 SW Freeway, the new location will open at 6 a.m. on Monday, March 8. The restaurant will operate 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Initially, the new location, which will employ some 120 people, will open for drive-thru service only. HOUSTON – Two teenagers were shot early Sunday in Houston’s Sharpstown neighborhood, police said. Around 3:04 a.m., Houston Police officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 7500 block of Corporate Drive. On arrival, units located two victims, a 14-year-old and a 19-year-old suffering gunshot wounds, said Lt. Pavel with the Houston Police Department. Both victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment and are expected to survive. An investigation into the shooting is ongoing.

HOUSTON – Police are investigating after a 3-year-old child died from injuries in the Sharpstown area, according to the Houston Police Department. When the mother returned home, a neighbor performed CPR on the boy before he was taken to the hospital. We don’t know if it’s foul play and I don’t want to speculate on it but very sadly a three-year-old is dead,” Finner said. “We got a three-year-old dead and anybody that knows me, Chief Acevedo and our entire department, we take it very seriously and very personally,” Finner said. Police have several people of interest that were detained but Finner said investigators still need more information.
