A former Missouri City police officer indicted for a deadly crash which claimed the life of a mother and her 16-year-old son in June is back in custody after he allegedly violated the terms of his bond.

Viveros was indicted on Oct. 28 for manslaughter in connection with a crash which killed Angela Stewart and her son Mason Stewart.
