There’s been a public outcry among some in Montrose after a proposed plan to improve a section of Montrose Boulevard means the removal of some historic Live Oak trees.

The historic theater's revival and restoration showed it wouldn't suffer the same fate as many iconic buildings; but instead, get rebooted (pun intended) into a one-of-a-kind entertainment experience for even new residents to make memories.
