Officers began investigating 100 Grace Lane and 111 Grace Lane after a bite case involving a dog was reported. HHS said many of the dogs were confined to kennels covered in filth and feces, and their environment was so deplorable it was hazardous to their health. The canines are suffering from medical conditions including tumors, skin diseases and eye traumas. All the dogs are with the HHS and are being evaluated and treated by a veterinary medical team.
