Officials said if the person tests positive for COVID-19, that person and all members of the same household will not be allowed inside the venue. Dave Chappelle broke his silence on George Floyds death and addressed racial discrimination in a surprise Netflix special titled 8:46 on Friday. Floyd was a 46-year-old black man who died on May 25 after a police officer in Minneapolis, Minnesota, pressed his knee into Floyd's neck for eight minutes and 46 seconds. This is weird and less than ideal circumstances to do a show, Chappelle said to the crowd. Its hard to figure out what to say about George Floyd, he continued as he paused to ask fans how they were feeling. This man kneeled on a mans neck for eight minutes and 46 seconds.
