UPDATE: A missing 10-year-old Carrollton girl was found safe Wednesday morning, hours after she was reported missing, according to the Carrollton Police Department. Rosemary Singer was reported missing shortly after her mother, Maria Romeros Ramos, was discovered dead. Ramos’ ex-husband and Rosemary’s father, Ronald Singer, was taken into custody and charged in Ramos’ death, according to the Carrollton Police Department. Law enforcement officials are searching for the girl’s father Ronald Singer in connection with her disappearance.
