Icy road conditions at the 610 and I-10 interchange in Houston caused significant delays Tuesday morning due to a stalled 18-wheeler blocking part of the I-10 ramp toward Baytown.

A vehicle fire has shut down the westbound lanes of IH-610, the North Loop at Ella Blvd.

Responding crews said they found the crashed out vehicle, covered in flames with the driver's body still inside.

The northbound and southbound lanes of the Southwest Freeway at I-610 West Loop will be closed once again this weekend.

The 610 South Loop eastbound at Telephone Road is completely shut down Wednesday.
