METRO driver detained after stabbing passenger during fight at Greenspoint Transit Center
HOUSTON, Texas – A METRO bus driver has been detained after getting into an altercation with a customer on Sunday night.
According to METRO officials, the incident happened at the Greenspoint Transit Center when the bus driver and customer reportedly got into an argument that turned physical.
METRO officials said the fight continued off the bus, and the driver pulled out a sharp object and stabbed the customer. The customer has since been transported to the hospital and is expected to be okay.
The bus driver was detained; it’s not clear if they will face charges.
