Tony Buzbee announces sexual assault, harassment case against Austin lobby leader

Prominent Houston Attorney Tony Buzbee confirmed his firm is representing an unidentified female victim in a case involving alleged sexual misconduct.

Buzbee Law Firm has confirmed it has been retained by a Jane Doe who alleges she was coerced, sexually harassed, and ultimately sexually assaulted by the head of a prominent lobbying and advocacy group in Austin.

The woman also claims she faced retaliation following the incidents.

Jane Doe is described as an accomplished and respected young woman. The law firm stated it will have the case officially on file Monday morning and will provide a file-stamped copy at that time.
