PHOTOS: Thunderstorm drops quarter-size hail in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Residents in The Woodlands had to deal with a little bit more than rain during Monday afternoon’s thunderstorms.
Multiple KPRC 2 viewers submitted photos through Click2Pins of large hail that was dropped in the area.
Storm reports from the National Weather Service shows quarter-size hail was reported, This translates to hail that is one inch in diameter.
