Houston native Travis Scott’s third annual celebrity softball game wasn’t just about the game—it was a full-on experience. Celebrities, athletes, and fans packed the stadium for a night of fun, competition, and most importantly, giving back. The event raised funds for the Waymon Webster Scholarship Fund, Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack Foundation, and Project HEAL, all of which help HBCU students facing last-minute financial roadblocks graduate on time.

Ozuna, Warren Moon, Marsai Martin, and Andre Johnson hit the field, while Tyla, Teyana Taylor, Mariah the Scientist, and Dess Dior added even more star power. Metro Boomin pulled up the WWE’s Smoking Skull Belt, making it clear he came to “handle business in the name of a great cause.”

And of course, Travis Scott was in the middle of it all—literally. At one point, he stood on top of the dugout signing autographs and shoes, soaking in the moment with fans who came out to support.

But the night wasn’t just about the softball game. It was also a celebration of HBCUs, with Prairie View A&M, Texas Southern, Southern, Grambling, Jackson State, and Alabama A&M taking the field in the Cactus Jack HBCU Classic. The stands were filled with fans proudly repping their schools, making it a true showcase of culture and community.

Travis Scott’s commitment to HBCUs is real. Through the Waymon Webster Scholarship Fund, his foundation has already given over $1 million in scholarships, helping students cross that graduation stage.

“I’m excited to come to it and I look forward to playing in it every year,” said Houston Texans legend Andre Johnson.

The night was a perfect mix of sports, music, and philanthropy from dazzling chains to big plays.
