HOUSTON – Gexa Energy has been powering Texas communities for 25 years and demonstrating that corporate citizenship matters.
Recent efforts include a $130,000 donation to Kerr County flood relief and ongoing volunteer partnerships with Habitat for Humanity , Make-A-Wish , Houston Humane Society and The Beacon.
Volunteers recently spent time with seniors during a bingo event at St. Dominic Assisted Senior Living.
That kind of involvement reflects a localized approach summed up in Gexa’s “Texans serving Texans” philosophy.
Ryan McGeachie, president of Gexa Energy, shared why these volunteer efforts are so important for the company and its employees on Houston Life.
