Houston, Texas – The Houston Dynamo will celebrate their fans at Shell Energy Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 4, with kickoff scheduled for 7:30 p.m. CT as they host conference-leading San Diego FC in the final regular-season home match. The club has planned a full evening of activities to thank supporters for their season-long backing, including giveaways, surprises and special fan experiences.
Tickets are currently 20 percent off and available on SeatGeek, and purchases can be applied as credit toward 2026 Season Memberships. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to claim an exclusive limited-edition gate giveaway poster commemorating 20 seasons of the Dynamo — quantities are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Throughout the night the club will run surprise giveaways, with prizes including seat upgrades, signed jerseys, signed match balls, Season 20 signed posters, limited-edition merchandise, Dynamo swag bags and more. Supporters should also follow the Dynamo on social media this week for additional opportunities to win exclusive prizes, including match tickets.
Following the match, head coach Ben Olsen and a player will address the stadium to express the team’s gratitude for the fans’ support. 2025 Season Ticket Members will have the chance to take a group photo on the pitch, and a few lucky fans may even receive match-worn jerseys directly from players.
On the field, the Dynamo are in the thick of a push for the Audi 2025 MLS Cup Playoffs, sitting just two points outside the Western Conference playoff line. With only two regular-season matches remaining — the Oct. 4 home match vs. San Diego and an Oct. 18 road game at Kansas City — Houston is aiming to secure its third consecutive postseason appearance after a run to the Western Conference Final in 2023 and a Round One Best-of-3 Series in 2024.
Whether you’re coming for the soccer, the giveaways or to be part of a season-closing celebration, Fan Appreciation Night promises a memorable evening for Dynamo supporters. Get your tickets, arrive early, and help the team chase a playoff spot in front of a wild home crowd.
