HOUSTON – Houston’s own hip-hop legend Bun B is celebrating the 20th anniversary of his groundbreaking debut album ‘Trill,’ and he’s taking it back to where it all started -right here in H-Town.
Bun recently announced a one-night-only “Trill Unplugged” performance on Saturday, October 18th at House of Blues, giving fans an intimate night of music, stories, and legacy.
Originally released in 2005, ‘Trill’ cemented Bun B as a solo powerhouse while honoring his legacy as one-half of UGK, the pioneering Southern rap duo alongside the late Pimp C.
The “Trill Unplugged” anniversary show, presented by long-time partner Crown Royal, will reimagine Trill with live instrumentation, special guests, and exclusive collaborations, offering audiences a new way to experience the album’s timeless tracks.
The celebration will also feature Bun B sharing never-before-heard stories and personal anecdotes about the making of Trill and his journey over the past two decades, giving fans an intimate look behind the music that defined an era.
