But that’s not all. For National Dog Day, Baweja whipped up a sweet, granola treat using only four ingredients.
Growlnola Bones
- 2 cups organic oats (blended into flour or left whole for texture)
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 2 tbsp carob chips (optional, for a fun twist!)
✨ Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- Mix oats, applesauce, strawberries, and carob chips in a bowl until a dough forms.
- Stuff the mixture into your favorite mold and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool completely before serving to your pup. 🐶💛
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freeze for longer freshness!
