CHIPOTLE AIOLI RECIPE
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp minced fresh Garlic
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Chipotle Peppers (Use the Chipotle in Adobo can)
- ½ cup Water
There are 2 easy ways to make this:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
- If you have an immersion blender, place all ingredients in a deep plastic container and mix using your immersion blender.
NOTE – You can make it milder or spicier by adding or taking away Chipotle Peppers. ENJOY!!!
BUILD A BOWL AT HOME TIPS
PINCHO offers six different bowls perfect for everyone, from veggie to meat eaters. See menu.
While you can purchase a bowl from one of their four locations, you can recreate their method with these easy tips.
- Plan ahead and make extra proteins at beginning of the week.
- Plan ahead make extra rice or buy extra lettuce early in the week.
- Use vegetables you have leftover - squash, broccoli. You can roast them and toss them on top.
- Keep canned beans and corn in your pantry for quick add-ons.
- Keep sweet plantains in the freezer for a sweet flavor.
- Try to have different textures in your bowl, but don’t go overboard with flavors. Stick with one flavor profile. Sweet, savory, citrus, but don’t add too much of one or the other. Also, remember, salt and pepper go a long way.
- Making a sauce to drizzle on top is a fun way to add flavor.
- Make it colorful! More color, the better. That makes it fun.
