Inspired by his lifestyle, Raz Halili, the owner of Fish Company Taco, who abstains from alcohol, introduced alcohol-free options for customers who prefer not to drink, including his pregnant wife at the time.
Signature frescas on the menu include
- Cactus Flower: cactus flower, lemonade with prickly pear, dragon fruit, and citrus
- Pineapple Verde: cucumber water with pineapple and jalapeno
- Lime in the Coconut: coconut water, basil, and limeade
- Mango Tango: passion fruit, mango, lemonade
Once you have the base, you can add liquor to your liking. Fish Company Taco shared a recipe, transforming the Cactus Flower Fresca into a cocktail.
