La Brisa was founded in 1982 by Mr. Guadalupe Flores and his wife, Maria Flores, with a simple but passionate vision: to bring the refreshing taste of real paletas to their local community.
On July 4th, 1982, La Brisa officially opened its doors. What started as a humble family venture has since grown into a beloved local staple!
Today, La Brisa remains proudly family-owned and operated with multiple generations now overseeing every part of the business.
