HOUSTON – Kids’ Meals is a nonprofit that delivers free, healthy meals directly to the homes of Houston’s hungriest preschool-aged children in 56 zip codes.
More than 23,000 volunteers make thousands of healthy meals every weekday to try and help break the crippling cycle of poverty in the Houston area.
So what are the best ways you can help?
1 – VOLUNTEER: Anyone from an individual to a large group can sign up online.
2 – DONATE: Whether it’s generous dollar, or in-kind contributions
