Whether you’re celebrating Passover or Easter with the family, Tanji Patton of Goodtaste TV offers menu inspiration from some local Houston restaurants.

Plus, she shares a recipe for pistachio chocolate cupcakes using the trendy Dubai chocolate, that is all the rage on social media.

Up first, Patton featured some of her affordable wine finds - all under $25.

Then, Patton highlighted the Matzoh ball soup and whole roasted side of salmon with soy-apricot glaze from Kenny & Ziggy’s New York Delicatessen.

Also, on Patton’s list is the Beef Wellington and Karoo Lamb, served with five cheese whipped potatoes, drizzled with a vanilla balsamic glaze and mint sauce from Chef Paul Friedman with The Chef’s Table.

And, Patton also mentioned a great Brunch spot in The Woodlands, Terra Vino Italian Kitchen and Wine Bar. She recommends their French toast and Tuscan shrimp pasta.

Of course, when it comes to spring desserts - anything with Dubai Chocolate is sure to be a hit with guests.

This pistachio and chocolate combination is the perfect way to elevate your traditional cupcake.

Here’s the recipe Patton mentioned on Houston Life.

Patton found all of her springtime table decor and dishware at Kuhl-Linscomb.
