Houston – Heart disease continues to be the number one killer in the United States. This American Heart Month, we’re learning ways to help keep children heart-healthy, it’s important for parents to teach healthy habits early on, which include emphasizing a well-rounded, balanced diet, regular exercise, and limited screen time.
