ESPRESSO MARTINI RECIPE
- 2 oz. Espresso
- 2 oz. Stoli Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz. Tierra del Fuego or Coffee Liqueur
<< TIP: If you have a sweet tooth, add a liqueur, such as Bailey’s or Kahlua >>
Once you have the ingredients, start shaking up your drink.
- Fill the martini shaker with ice, and add espresso, vanilla vodka, and coffee liqueur.
- Shake very hard for 30 - 40 shakes. Your hands should get very cold!
- Use a bar strainer and strain liquid into a Martini glass, keeping the ice in the shaker. There should be a nice frothy layer of foam on the surface of the Martini.
- Carefully place 3 coffee beans on top of the foam for garnish.
Cheers to love! Have a lovely Valentine’s Day.
