HOUSTON – ‘Law & Order SVU’ is one of the longest-running primetime live-action series in the U.S., starting its run in 1999 as a spinoff to ‘Law & Order.’
Now midway through its 26th season on NBC, this hard-hitting and emotional series chronicles the lives of the special victims unit of the New York City police department, an elite squad of detectives who investigate many different types of crimes.
The series features a ton of veteran actors including Mariska Hargitay, Richard Belzer, Dann Florek and, after the first season, rapper Ice-T.
Add in a bunch of other great actors including Octavio Pisano, Tony Goldwyn, Peter Scanavino, Juliana Aidén Martinez and Kevin Kane to round out the amazing cast.
The latest episode airing tonight, (Feb. 13th,) is titled “Calculated” and Lauren Kelly got to chat with Juliana Aidén Martinez, “Det. Kate Silva,” and Kevin Kane, “Det. Terry Bruno,” all about what fans can expect.
