HOUSTON – It’s always happy hour in Studio B and ahead of Valentine’s Day we’re shaking up some “love potion” for you to impress your sweetie or pals with.
Celeste Moussadaq and Raz Halili from Pier 6 Seafood and Oyster House down in San Leon stop by with some specialty cocktails to add to your Valentine’s Day menus.
Pier 6 is hosting a special Galentine’s Day dinner on February 13 - featuring $8 cocktails and half priced bottles of wine.
They’re also offering specials for Valentine’s Day dining on February 14 and 15.
Pier 6 is known for its delicious, tide to table menu and its amazing waterfront views.
Moussadaq showed off some of the festive martinis you will find on their menu next week.
Cupid’s Crush Blood Orange Martini:
- 1.5 oz mandarin vodka
- .5 oz St. Germain
- .5 oz simple syrup
- .5 oz lemon juice
- Half blood orange (squeezed)
- Top with champagne
Add all ingredients (except Champagne) to shaker filled with ice. Shake, strain and pour into coupe cocktail glass. Then, finish with Champagne.
