HOUSTON – When kindergarten teacher Ms. Kaileigh Dempsey arrived at school on Tuesday morning, she had no idea Houston Life, Shell Federal Credit Union, and most of the faculty at San Jacinto Elementary in Deer Park were planning a surprise!
