HOUSTON, Texas – The weather was beautiful on Friday as the team from Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electrical volunteered to help build a home in the Robin’s Landing neighborhood in Northeast Houston. The volunteer effort was coordinated by Houston Habitat for Humanity.
Abacus President Tony Patiño was on-site to help with the build alongside approximately twenty of the company’s administrative and finance team. Even for the office-based employees who are not accustomed to construction work, Patiño says the Habitat for Humanity team makes volunteering easy.
