Great Wolf Lodge in Webster, TX is set to open its doors sooner than expected, with a new grand opening date of August 29.
The 92,000-square-foot Great Geyser indoor water park will feature 13 slides, three pools, and two interactive water play zones.

Among the attractions is the debut of the Texas Twirler, a family raft adventure accommodating up to five riders. The Great Wolf Adventure Park offers 61,000 square feet of dry land attractions, including the Northern Lights™ Arcade, Ten Paw Alley™ for bowling, and the Howl in One™ Miniature Golf Course.
With over 500 family-friendly suites, the resort promises an unforgettable experience.

Construction at the newest Great Wolf Lodge is halfway done, and the timeline has reached a key milestone.
The company previously announced a grand opening date of November 2024.

The resort is expected to have 532 rooms and 27 acres of space.
“Today marks a significant milestone in the construction of Great Wolf Lodge Texas Gulf Coast, as we start focusing on the interior portions of the resort and all the amazing family experiences we will offer,” said John Murphy, Chief Executive Officer for Great Wolf Resorts when they reached the halfway mark. “We’re looking forward to opening this resort and offering families across central and southeastern Texas a close, convenient, and carefree getaway destination, providing year-round family fun and experiences, attractions, and entertainment designed to help families strengthen their pack.”
The resort is expected to hire more than 500 full- and part-time workers -- called “Pack Members” -- by the time doors open.
