Once again, we are stuck in a very summery pattern while the calendar clearly shows that we are in Fall, we’ll be back into the mid to upper 80s this afternoon.
It has been a warm and muggy week but chance is on the way! 2 fronts are on the 10 day forecast. A weak front will move through late Friday.
This front will bring in slightly cooler temperatures and lower humidity for this weekend. The second front for early next week is much stronger and could bring in the longest stretch of Fall weather Southeast Texas has experienced since Fall arrived weeks ago!
The Tropics are Still Cooking!
We are tracking a Cat. 1 hurricane in the Atlantic! Thankfully Epsilon is a fish storm passing safely east from Bermuda and far away from the East Coast of the U.S.
We are also watching a spot in the Northwest Caribbean that could spin up a tropical system over the next 5 days. Chances are low at 20%, if something would form it would drift towards the Bahamas this weekend.
