Montgomery County has opened a free bottled water distribution at North Montgomery County Community Center (600 Gerald Street) from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. for City of Willis residents and other Willis water users affected by a boil water notice.

A spokesperson tells us the reason this is happening is that the city is working on the water line on Main Street, and two of the towers are experiencing water issues.
