United flight bound for Bush Intercontinental Airport has tail clipped by another plane at NYC’s LaGuardia Airport

NEW YORK CITY – United Airlines says a flight bound for Bush Intercontinental Airport had its tail clipped by another plane while on the taxiway of New York City’s LaGuardia Airport.
The airline said it happened Friday evening.
United flight 434 was stationary on the taxiway when another plane, United flight 580, was turning into its arrival gate. The second plane ended up making contact with the tail of United flight 434.
Both planes went back to the gate and all passengers deplaned. There were no injuries reported.
United flight 580 had just arrived to LaGuardia from Orlando. United flight 434 was about to head to Houston’s Bush Intercontinental Airport.
