‘Biggest’ drug bust ever in Harris County Precinct One—Here’s what was found

A year-long investigation has led to the largest drug bust ever recorded in Harris County Precinct One, deputies say. Five individuals have been arrested and charged in connection with the operation, which ran out of a small apartment complex.

Details of the operation

This elaborate drug-trafficking operation was being run out of a small apartment complex, with multiple units serving as bases of illegal activity. The investigation uncovered a wide array of narcotics, including:

  • Methamphetamine
  • Cocaine
  • MDMA
  • Heroin
  • Mushrooms
  • Marijuana
  • Tusi (a pink powdery substance often referred to as “pink cocaine”)
  • And more

In addition to the drugs, authorities seized 24 firearms. Some of these weapons were reported stolen, while others had their serial numbers removed in an apparent attempt to evade law enforcement tracking.
