Man, 60, accused of threatening neighbors with gun, deputies say

HOUSTON – A 60-year-old man was arrested after threatening his neighbors with a gun in a northwest Houston neighborhood, according to Constable Mark Herman’s Office.

Alvin Stokes has been charged with terroristic threat, a Class B misdemeanor.

The incident happened in the 9900 block of Golden Meadow Drive on Saturday.

It was not immediately known what led to the conflict, but investigators said Stokes pointed a gun at his neighbors, threatening to shoot them.

Stokes was later taken into custody and booked into the Harris County Jail. His bond was set at $100.
