PHOTOS: Empty store shelves seen across Houston area as people prepare for self-qurantine, long spring breaks

HOUSTON – It’s a sight usually reserved for hurricanes bearing down on Texas: people rushing to stores to stock up on supplies. Coronavirus changed that.

Since the rodeo has been canceled and public health emergencies have been declared in Montgomery, Harris and Fort Bend Counties as well as in Houston, people have really taken binge shopping to a whole new level.
